The Mist: 3-in-1 Colour
2017 saw the inaugural release of “The Mist”: a truffled gin distilled by Catcher and Co using Macenmist Black Perigord Truffles.
Last year, using The Mist Truffled Gin, the Hyatt Hotel Canberra developed two special cocktails to celebrate Truffle Season and the release The Mist Truffled Gin.
An unusual addition to your liquor cabinet, this gin looks black in the bottle, then when you hold it up to the light the red hues are reflected through the glass. Lastly if you pour The Mist over iced tonic cubes the colour changes to blue.
Due to popular demand, Catcher and Co will again be producing this unique truffled gin this year.
