At Macenmist’s truffiere you’ll be joining the truffle hunt, following truffle dogs SongLu or Tawdiffu in the search for Perigord black truffles grown on the farm. After smelling the aroma that permeates the soil, if ripe, the truffle is harvested in true archaeological style.
Winter usually has a frosty start, but you’ll enjoy the cosy atmosphere of the truffle function centre. Before leaving enjoy our truffled soup of the day with crusty bread and whipped truffle butter.
